Production Time

Most products sold by Vision X Prints are custom-made and require production time before shipping.

Estimated production times:

  • Custom Apparel: 3–7 business days

  • DTF Transfers: 1–3 business days

  • Embroidery Orders: 5–10 business days

  • Signs & Banners: 3–5 business days

  • Bulk or Large Orders: Production times may vary

Production time begins after:

  • Payment is completed

  • Artwork is approved

  • All order details are confirmed

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods

We offer shipping through major carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping options and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Shipping Time Estimates

Estimated shipping times after production:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: Available on select orders

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Rush Orders

Rush production may be available for certain products at an additional cost.

Please contact us before placing your order to confirm rush availability and turnaround times.

Shipping Delays

Vision X Prints is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Customs delays

  • High holiday shipping volumes

We recommend ordering early for time-sensitive events or deadlines.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply

  • Delays may occur

  • Lost packages may not be eligible for replacement or refund

Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error after placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Save all packaging materials if the item arrived damaged

  • Photos may be required for carrier claims

We will assist in filing claims with the shipping carrier when applicable.

Local Pickup (Optional)

Local pickup may be available for customers in the Miami, Florida area.

Customers will be notified when orders are ready for pickup.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on select products.
