Return & Refund Policy
Welcome to Vision X Prints. We take pride in producing high-quality custom printed products. Because most of our products are made-to-order and personalized, please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom Printed Products
All custom and personalized items are produced specifically for your order, including but not limited to:
- Custom T-Shirts
- Polo Shirts
- DTF Transfers
- Embroidery
- Yard Signs
- Banners
- Business Promotional Products
- Company Uniforms
- Custom Apparel
- Stickers & Decals
Due to the personalized nature of these products, all sales are generally final once production has started.
Order Approval Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, spelling, colors, sizing, quantities, and design details before submitting an order.
Vision X Prints is not responsible for errors approved by the customer, including:
- Spelling or grammar mistakes
- Incorrect sizing selections
- Low-resolution artwork provided by the customer
- Color variations caused by screen displays
- Design placement approved in mockups
Eligible Returns & Replacements
We will gladly replace or refund an order if:
- The wrong product was received
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The print or embroidery contains a production error caused by us
- The quantity received is incorrect
To qualify:
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Photos of the issue and packaging are required
- Items must be unused whenever possible
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom or personalized products
- Approved artwork or design errors
- Incorrect size selections by the customer
- Minor color variations
- Orders delayed by shipping carriers
- Rush production fees
- Sale or clearance items
Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders may only be canceled or modified before production begins.
Once printing, embroidery, or production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
If you need to make changes, contact us immediately after placing your order.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed during shipping, please contact us so we can assist with a claim through the shipping carrier.
Delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Vision X Prints.
